Description
These two trails are mapped together as this is the only route in the area linking the top and bottom of the park that is open to pedestrians. Hikers making the shortest possible loop with neighboring
Sunbridge Hills Conservation Area should use this trail.
The bottom, climbing from
Jekyll & Hyde, is Low Rider and is a gradual climb up to a limestone outcropping where the trail flattens, As the trail turns to the left around the rocks please keep to the left and do not go up nearby High Rider that will be just to the right as it is a one way and bike-only trail. The trail zig zags between some rock and climbs up to a major intersection.
At this intersection, pedestrians and bikers can continue uphill on Sunbridge Road. This is also where some one way bike only trails converge For everyone's safety, please, only continue further onto Sunbridge Road. Despite what the elevation data suggests, it is a gentle climb back to the top. Trail users that are returning to the conservation area will go left on
Comeback at the top of the hill and turning right takes hikers and runners south to the main trailhead for River
Bluff Trail Park.
