Description

This outer loop trail is on the south side of the Sandstone Ranch Open Space (along with the Juniper Valley Loop on the north side) along Hwy 105 in (and managed by) Douglas county. Large parking area with port-a-potties and a covered picnic shelter.

Flora & Fauna

Open space pasture and rolling terrain on the eastern foothills of the Rockies. Lots of nice little wildflowers in the Spring.
