Description

Beginning almost at the headwaters of Brays Bayou, this trail runs along its north bank to McClendon Park.

The trail passes under the major arterials Addicks Clodine Road and Westpark Drive and is constructed of concrete in this section. There are two at-grade crossings of residential streets at Vineyard Drive and Green Crest Drive. MUD 147's Reflection Park is on the east side of Vineyard Drive just off the trail and provides a nice spot to take a break.

The official trail name is the D100-00-00 Trail but who needs all those zeroes? D100 is the Harris County Flood Control District's designation for Brays Bayou. In this section, the bayou is channelized.
