Description

This trail diverts from the Risley Pond Loop Trail. Leaving from the parking lot, follow the blue blazes for the Risley Pond Loop Trail over a foot bridge until the trail splits. Follow the left split of the blue blazed trail. On your right the trail will diverge into the Yellow Trail and the Yellow/Blue Trail. Follow the yellow blazes as the trail winds through the woods over several foot bridges.

This trail will keep you in the woods and the shade as you traverse the south eastern side of the reservoir avoiding any fishermen. As the trail reaches the southern side of the lake it begins to hug the coast with a short portion of the trail topping the southern dam. The trail will lead very nearly back to the parking lot.
