Overview
Gilchrist Blue Springs is a relatively recent acquisition by the Florida state park system, and boy was it a good one. Pumping gallons of crystal clear blue water out of an in-ground spring in the middle of the forest, this cerulean pool provides visitors with opportunities to swim, snorkel, and kayak through a unique landscape. Not to mention, the area's abundance of fish and wildlife will keep you peering into the water searching for fish throughout your entire visit.
