Description

This trail lets you easily shortcut the main Lefthand Loop at the midpoint. From the jeep roads on the south side, the trail drops into a lovely creek valley before switchbacking steeply to the northeast before gaining the ridge. From here the trail heads west as it continues to ascend the ridge.

Near the peak there is a fair amount of snow/ice. The rest of the trail is dry but super steep with loose rocks. Difficult hiking but amazing views!
