Parking is shared with the nearby medical facility so be courteous where you park.

The trail starts at the trailhead, which is right next to the parking lot. You'll follow along this initial trail, which is also another easy trail (Serenity Stroll), that splits off around 100 feet after the trailhead. Continuing ahead you'll start to steadily climb. The climb continues until you reach an old road where a trail marker will point you up the hill. Follow this road up and around a corner where you'll come upon a trail marker that marks the end of the Foothill Trail and the connection to the V&T Trail, where you can continue on if you would like.
