Description

The trail, though short, is a bit tricky and narrow, having lots of uneven footing. There are lots of rocks and, if it has been raining, the trail is likely to get muddy and washed out.

The view of Lake Superior at the end is worth it. The trail takes you to a secluded beach of mostly red stones. It is a wonderful, quiet, and seldom frequented spot where you can have a picnic and listen to the waves wash up on shore.
