Description

This is a super steep, raw trail that connects Velocity Basin to the Boulder Gulch Trail. At times, finding the right traverse is difficult but once you're out of the basin, it's more obvious. Be aware of the weather and elevation! Connect to the Boulder Gulch Trail to head down into the Animas River valley near Silverton.
