Family Friendly There is shade to be found on the hot days. Kids will enjoy seeing the cows and smaller critters who will come quite close if they are patient.

No mountain bikes on most sections.

Need to Know

Parking in the park is $8, and $3 for active duty military. Many people park outside the park and hike in to save on fees.

Description

There are many options to interweave with other trails. This will help any experienced hikers find their ideal route. When the weather is good you can connect many trails to go long and find the most rewarding views. On hot days you can choose to stay in the shady parts of Ollason Trail.

Flora & Fauna

There is some poison oak, especially early on in the trails. I saw hawks, squirrels, mice, cows, and lizards.
