Description

This trail starts from the Historic Babylon Trail, making a sharp left and begins a steady and very steep climb up switchbacks on loose terrain. Once you pass the steep section, the trail rolls through open desert and soon you'll have great views of the Red Cliffs.

The trail ends where it meets the Historic Babylon Trail. When you start a steady downhill take note that you didn't miss the end sign. The trail is usually done as part of a loop hike with the Historic Babylon Trail and descending the steep Little Purgatory Trail.
