In the winter, microspikes are necessary for trails in this area due to plenty of unavoidable ice on the trail. If you own them, trekking poles might not be a bad idea as well.

Description

The beginning of this trail can be found at a well-signed fork in the Long Path: Section 22. Follow the signage to Poets Ledge and begin a nice, gradual downhill through dense forest to reach the awesome viewpoint at Poets Ledge. Bring a camera for this spot, as well as a tasty snack to enjoy on the rocks.
