The Iron Ore Trail is a great stretch of singletrack that's commonly used as climbing access to the Upper Hoop Hole Trail (5001) from the base of the Roaring Run Loop Trail (264). This allows hikers to combine Roaring Run, Iron Ore, Upper and Lower Hoop Hole Trail (5001) into a thrilling route!

Nice peaceful trail. No real views or payoff at the end but spring flowers were in bloom. Narrow in places with encroaching vegetation. 6mi — 2h 30m
