Description

Starting at the welcome center, hike parallel to Northgate Rd for ~0.3 miles then cross the road and make your way to the Farm Barn. Skirt the Farm Barn on the south side and hike up and over Lone Tree Hill and then over towards Windmill Hill. At 2.3 miles, veer to your right and skirt along the edge of a field. Turn left at the next intersection, and hike through the wood splitting area before turning right onto Sugarbush Rd for about 0.1 miles. Then veer right back onto the Farm Trail and follow it back to the Farm Barn. Then follow your tracks back to the Northgate Entrance and don't forget to pick up some lemon curd and 3 yr aged smoked cheddar on your way out!

Flora & Fauna

Cows and sheep roam the fields; sugar maples abound in the wooded areas.
