The trail is extremely easy with signage and easy access. Do be careful because the place is full of snakes (mainly jararacas).

The trail goes to the Grotto of Bocaina, one of the most beautiful caves in Caraça. The greatest challenge for beginners is climbing the rocks to reach the cave, but if you take it easy, it's absolutely possible. You can enter the cave, where there is even a small waterfall. It is also possible, with some difficulty, to reach the cave ceiling, but it does require some effort for this. There is a little ribbon inside that serves as a "guide" to the best path between the stones to reach the ceiling (it is inevitable that your clothes will get dirty). Take flashlights.

On the way back, be sure to go to the waterfall that is next to the cave. The falls are not the greatest, but well worth visiting and taking a cold shower.
