Description

This long trail climbs from the east to the west as it climbs up to the Lookout Mountain Trail #450. It's most often done as part of the Fifteen Mile Loop, after hikers have descended the Cedar Creek Trail #457. It's possible to descend this trail, too.

If you decided to hike the eastern portion of this trail, expect the trees to be noticeably thinner and the lack of shade can make for a very hot and dusty climb. This trail is best in the early and late season.
