Description

Gooseneck Trail is fairly narrow singletrack but it has many twists and tighter turns. The trail connects you with several other great places to hike. This area is mainly Decomposed Granite, so there is a lot of loose dirt and gravel on top of harder rock.

This trail starts off of the Rock Knob Trail and meanders North and West. About 2 miles in there is a connector that you can take to hop on Pemberton Loop in McDowell Mountain Park. About 3.5 miles in you'll cross a dirt road and then eventually Dynamite Blvd. As you are now entering the Browns Ranch area. This trail takes you to the Fraserfield Trailhead where you can then enjoy the many other trails in that area of the preserve.
