Description

From roughly 2.5 miles up Skyline Drive Access Road, look for the flowers hanging on the right. The trail is on the opposite side and can be tough to see unless you are looking hard for it.

When going in the downhill direction (as mapped), you start up the trail to crest the hill, then make your way down through rocky sections with some exposure to the north side. It is steeply downhill, hitting 15% grade or more. After the exposure, you'll get back into the woods where you'll come to a section that has "No Biking" signs posted. Continuing down the hill will get you near the quarry operations on Sulpher Springs Road.

If you are coming from Noels Trail, prepare for a tough, tough climb.

Flora & Fauna

Dense hardwood forests blanket the hills in this area.
