This is a technical trail that is still being established. There will be some bridge crossings along the way, but you may also have to get your feet wet. Along the way, there is a nice spot to just sit and relax next to a stream that gives you a zen atmosphere. There are some elevation changes towards the middle of the trail and plenty of roots and rocks to trip you if you're not paying attention.
