Family Friendly This trail's short length and gentle grades make it a great option for families with children.

While these trails are open to the public, they are on the grounds of a Girl Scout camp, so be polite to people you meet and treat them with care.

Description

The Yellow Trail is the simplest and shortest loop trail on the property. Going past several creek crossings, the cabins, and ending at the main trailhead, it gives you a quick tour of the grounds before putting you back into arm's reach of the other camp trails. This trail is well marked, not difficult, and comprised of a soft-dirt tread, making it a great trail for folks of all ages.

Flora & Fauna

Wildflowers, deer, woodpeckers, and other small critters are what you're likely to see along this trail.
