Overview

Hop on the Big River 5K to experience one of Rhode Island's best trail running areas! While the route is overall pretty flat, it's still semi-technical, so stay aware and keep your eyes peeled for obstacles.

Description

Start down the logging road for 0.5 miles, then head into the woods for a rock-and-log-hopping good time! This route utilizes twisty trails with lots of side trails to explore and obstacles to test your mettle on!

This route crosses a number of trail junctions. The way to navigate is thus: Once you turn left off of Burnt Sawmill Road onto singletrack, just keep bearing right at every junction and you'll end up back on Burnt Sawmill Road. From here, take a right on Burnt Sawmill Road and you'll be heading back to the parking lot.
