Family Friendly Up Quick is quite beautiful and, if taken slowly, will be quite manageable for kids as long as they aren't already tuckered out.

Description

Up Quick is a short trail that doesn't waste much time getting from A to B. The bottom of the trail quickly traverses away from the intersection with the West Loop and Darvil Trail and by the time it passes the upper end of Taylor's Trail, it's in full climbing mode. From there, the trail surges straight up a narrow fern-filled ravine. At the top, a series of equally steep switchbacks carry the trail to finish at the Julieann Trail just a little ways away from the mid-mountain parking area.
