Description

The Beaver Dam Path trailhead is found among spruce trees along the aptly named Spruce Run. The trail runs steadily downhill for nearly two thirds of its length before running head on into Bog Run. This is a tricky spot, as the natural flow of the trail would have hikers continue straight; however, to continue on Beaver Dam Path, take the hard right. This final third of trail is steep and runs within a washout full of 1' diameter boulders. The trail ends at Trout Run.
