Description

This service road starts in a residential neighborhood. The trail is a gravel road that winds up to the top of Black Mountain. Several trails break off of this road on your way up that offer great trails to explore. The 360-degree views from the top of Black Mountain make the hike up very rewarding. In the afternoon you can watch the hot air balloons drifting east from the ocean and grab a view of Mt. Woodson to the northeast.
