Description

The Miami Fort Loop is a short loop trail leading you through an area where visitors can take in and learn about an abundance of Native American history. There are information signs along the route explaining how the native residents of the area once lived. To get to the trailhead, follow the only road in the park to it's terminus, there you'll see a sign reading "Miami Fort Trail."

The trail itself is quite pleasant, featuring gentle grades and plenty of shade. There aren't too many obstacles, which makes for a relaxing outing.
