Description

The North Trail Loop, like so many trails in numerous "forest" preserves in Northeastern Illinois, is yet another mowed path affair with little to offer save an occasional butterfly or bird. These types of trails are very hot in the warmer months since they offer little to no shade.

On the plus side, the grass is easy on joints, and they offer a place to exercise a bored dog, but that's about it.
