Nice shaded loop with some good views. The main attractions are a "fairy house building zone" for kids, a beautiful meadow, and the views from the top of the cliff.

The first 0.4 miles (when doing the loop clockwise) follow the coastline and are wheelchair accessible. At the end of it there is a "fairy house building area" where kids have built fairy houses out of sticks and stones, as well as a picnic table.

After the end of the accessible trail, it turns inland, becomes narrower and more technical (still mostly flat though), and takes you to the beautiful Henry Creek meadow.

After the meadow the trail becomes more challenging again and takes you up a hill and then down again to the other side of the island. There it follows the coast again and takes you up to a 150 ft cliff with beautiful view of Long Reach.

After the cliff you loop back to the beginning on a trail through the woods.
