Family Friendly A short and easy trail for kids that starts just off the road.

Description

This often overlooked trail climbs along a creekside to the Charles H. and Lily B. Moorman Memorial Grove (established 1965). The easy going is equally matched by the beautiful surroundings of a rich forest, heavily blanketed in ferns. Look for the start of the trail next to a low wooden sign reading "Moorman Grove" on the edge of Newton B. Drury Parkway.
