This trail is easily accessed from the back of the Visitor Center in Cruz Bay. You take the wooden staircase up and veer left looking for the trailhead. There is a lower and an upper part of this trail. The lower trail is what most people take for the easiest hike to either Solomon Beach or Honeymoon Beach. The upper section is more strenuous, but is worth the hike up there to watch the sunset over Cruz Bay! If you take the upper section, it will pop you back out at the lower section right by the junction of Solomon Beach.

Honeymoon Beach now has a water sports store to rent gear ranging from snorkel/fins to kayaks. You can pay a flat rate for the day and be able to use anything they offer. There are restrooms here as well as a place to buy a limited selection of food, drinks, and beer.
