Description

The Cisler Trail connects the northern Marietta trails, including Tiger Trail, to the trails in the more downtown area. It begins as a branch off of the North Hills Trail Western Section a short distance in, and there is a gravel parking lot at this trailhead.

The trail travels through the neighborhood hills, through pawpaw trees and ferns and across more than a dozen bridges built over small creeks. About one mile in, the trail travels up a steep hill to meet a gravel road. Continuing to the left up the road, turn right onto Cisler Drive, and the trail reenters the woods immediately on the left. The trail ends at an intersection with Tiger Trail just after passing through a meadow area.

Flora & Fauna

During the late summer to early fall, be on the lookout for pawpaw fruits hanging from the native southeastern Ohio trees!

A nice trail with several paw paw trees. There are a few bridges in need of repair.
