Description

This is the main north/south route through Aliso Wood and Canyons Wilderness Park. It is a nice rolling dirt path that parallels Wood Creek that can be accessed via Aliso Creek Trail or through Canyon View Park. Most of the trail is wide and well maintained. About 50% is shaded by various trees indigenous to the area. This is a popular trail for locals.

From north to south this trail intersects Cholla Trail, Lynx Trail, and Mathis Canyon Trail, all of which can take you up to the West Ridge Trail. Coyote Run and Meadows are also popular trails that start along this route.
