Description

The idea of this trail is to get closer to Shoshone Falls and take advantage of the viewpoints while getting in a nice hike. Keep taking right-hand forks and avoid going over the edge. Keep heading in a general easterly direction until you have gotten as close as you like or have gone past the falls. This requires going down the canyon, but you lose the views. This is high desert, but the gorge allows for some amazing views. Focus on the beauty, stay on the trail and do not worry about time, just enjoy.

Flora & Fauna

Sage brush and long grass, no smoking!
