Description

Hike from the Carbon River entrance along the Carbon River Trail to view Chenuis Falls, 3.5 miles east of the Carbon River Ranger Station.

This short trail crosses the Carbon River with footlogs. On the other side of the river, follow the trail for a short jaunt to Chenuis Creek and its falls. Water from the creek cascades over step-like rocks as it empties into the Carbon River. This is an easily accessible destination that makes for a quick outing.
