Boy Scout Troop 801 - Brea, CA
Troop 801 promotes youth character development; citizenship training; and physical, emotional, and mental fitness through an outdoor program that focuses on camping, hiking, backpacking and cycling. Scouts are empowered to choose and lead their own adventures while being mentored by adult leaders who are members of OCBSA's High Adventure Team (HAT).
HAT members receive additional training in wilderness first-aid, backpacking and winter activities in order to lead sucessfull multi-day outdoor adventures into the wilderness.
